Cancellation/ Refund Policy

If an event is cancelled for ANY reason we do not return deposits. We will however use the deposit for a deposit for any event in the future that the client request.  This simple means the client will have a credit with Cipriano Productions for the sum of the deposit. If the full amount is paid and the event is cancelled 2 weeks prior to the event Cipriano Productions will return 50% less the deposit of the total price of the argeed contract. In the event of a natural disaster or war Cipriano Productions will return all of the agreed on price of the contract less the deposit.
